We're goin' to the zoo!

Addi had her first 'zooerience'! She thoroughly enjoyed spending the day at the zoo. We visited the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We were able to spend the day with Auntie Evey, Noah, and Auntie Kristan. It seems like every time we come we visit this zoo. It is an awesome zoo. You can really get up close and personal with most of the animals. They have amazing bear, orangutan, giraffe, and gorilla exhibits. The only thing that separates you from the animal is a thick piece of glass. You will see Addi had an amazing time. She was reluctant at first but would slowly make her way up to the front in her own time. Her first favorite words were "No want to!" But slowly changed and would look hesitantly. She did much better than I thought. She is a big chicken when it comes to trying something new. I cannot wait to take her to the Disney Safari Zoo in Florida after this experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful time! Although we really missed not having 'brother' and Daddy there with us!
