Addison is now 11 months old. I can't believe that this time last year we were painting her nursery, preparing for a baby baby shower, and awaiting her arrival (dreading a c-section). I wanted to go all natural. She has learned so much and changes every day. I feel so lucky that I have had the opportunity to stay home with her all summer. She is a little chatter box and loves to show us all her tricks. She is starting to want to copy words that we are saying. She knows ba (ball), Hi, Qua~Qua (duck), Woof~woof (dog), Papa (Grandpa...not just food), Me (Grammy), and Ti~Ti (Auntie). I guess you can say that my parents and sister visiting saying their names over and over got her to learn them. Addison loves to read and listen to books. When we are in her room she says "bu" which means she wants us to read her or to look at a book. She has been crawling for about two and a half months now. She gets to where she wants to go really fast. She also adjusts accordingly. She does not like tile so she changes to a bear crawl, she does not like the feel of grass on her knees so she bear crawls...It does not slow her down a bit. She stands up and dances in the middle of the living room anytime she hears music or something with a beat. Addison is also starting to push her little cart around...she does not know how to turn it and only walks one way but she has pretty good balance. I think it will be any~day that she just lets it all go and walks. We are not in any hurry though. I am fine with her crawling as long as she needs.

She is so much fun to watch...can't wait to visit again and see her new tricks.
