These days Nicholas eats, sleeps, and breathes baseball. He loves playing. It has been nice having a few more breaks here and there since December. There for a while it seemed like every weekend was a tournament.
He is doing really well. During Winter Nationals he won a balance bracelet for being the quickest base runner. Meaning one of the events was to round the bases in the fastest time and well...that was him!
In school,...well he would rather be at Imagine Prep with all his buddies but overall looking at everything going back to public school was the best choice. He doesn't really enjoy it because we held him back so he would not have to play catch up all year long so this year at Marley is a little boring. But he is still getting good grades and doing great!
He is getting really excited about Omaha. It will be a guys trip. Too much money for all of us to go to Omaha and Orlando in the same summer. Addi and I will be rooting for the HotShots here at home.
What a great young man Nick is shaping up to be! Love that kid & proud to see all that he is accomplishing academically and atheletically.
