We were at Stewart and Wendy's (uncle and aunt's) house after my Grandpa's funeral. It had been a pretty long morning and the kids were all getting a little tired. My mom and sister put Addison to sleep in the back bedroom on her quilt on the floor because they did not want her to fall off the bed. Naythen was not falling asleep the traditional way so Mom (Toni) and Uncle Jake took him for a car ride. They got back and Naythen was asleep but the minute they laid him down in the bed his eyes were wide open...Toni (my cousin) went to give him some milk for his cup hoping this would help him go back to sleep. Well not so much...
Toni came back and this is somewhat of how the conversation went....
Toni: Naythen, who do you have?
Naythen: Momma...Look...My baby is crying....
Toni: Oh...I see
Toni: Shawn...come here but do not get angry!

Somehow, Naythen picked up Addison, put her on the bed, and laid her next to him...hugging her and keeping her from crying! Such a sweet cousin.Mom(me) and Grammy... did not want to panic but it was a little scary good thing Toni came in quickly...all turned out to be a sweet thing and no one was hurt.
