Happy Halloween!

Addison had her first Halloween. She was the cutest little ladybug we ever did see. We were all so excited to see her in her little costume. However, we were even more shocked as Nicholas was picking out his costume he decided he wanted to be a bee all on his own. It was A BUGS LIFE Halloween. Addi woke up in a really good mood. I was able to make cupcakes, clean the house, and carve pumpkins during the day while she slept. I just knew that she would do great "Trick or Treating" because she was well rested for the evening. I was looking forward to a nice evening walk with the nieces and nephews. Well, as the time approached she got cranky...she really was not having the costume after awhile. We made it to the mailboxes and had to turn around and go home. Instead all the kids came to us and we passed out the candy. We got to see all the kids dressed up in their cute costumes. Everyone still seemed to have fun. We cannot wait til next year....maybe we will be able to say trick or treat!
