Today is our one year anniversary. Time goes by so quickly! I cannot believe that this time last year I was taking a shower, getting my make-up done, getting hair done, making sure flowers were watered and taken care of, and trying not to think about all the stuff that could go wrong. First of all I woke up to many dark clouds in the sky...so I prayed for the rain to stop (the wedding was all outside). I was surprised at how calm I was. However, my husband to be and Mom were not so calm. Juan had to do many last minute unexpected things that others said they would take care of. And my Mom well, she is my Mom and she made sure everything was all put together and beautiful she was running around like the energizer bunny! Thanks Mom, you made it so special!
I love my husband when.....
- he wakes up and says, "Good morning beautiful...."
- he holds Addison and she looks and feels so safe in his arms
- he teaches Nicholas how to play baseball and shows him everything he knows because he wants to be just like him
- he walks in the door after work gives me a kiss and says how was your day
- he cleans the kitchen
- he cooks me fabulous dinners (he loves to watch food network)
- he goes shopping with me just to spend time with me
- he vaccums the house
- he tells me he Lubs me the mostest....and the mostest...huh honey!
- he looks at me in the car and he smiles and he does not know that I saw him
- he completes all the little honey do's that I ask of him without a fuss
It has been a wonderful year! I would not change any minute!
Barf...Just kidding! It's lovely to be in love.
